Our Signature Steaks

We proudly serve only Certified Australian Angus Beef and Chilled Aged Grain-Fed Beef,
carefully cut, trimmed, and naturally aged on premise. Each steak is grilled to perfection in the iconic
Josper Charcoal Oven, giving every cut a distinctive smoky flavour.

  • Black Angus Cuts: Medallion, Tenderloin, Rib Eye, Striploin
  • Grain-Fed Cuts: Porterhouse, T-Bone, Sirloin on the Bone

All steak orders are served with your choice of sauce, potatoes, and sautéed seasonal vegetables.
