Our Steaks
We serve Certified Australian Black Angus, grain-fed and properly aged for tenderness, cut and trimmed in-house.
Each steak is grilled in a traditional charcoal oven (Josper-style) to your preferred doneness.
- Classic cuts: Tenderloin, Ribeye, Striploin (and seasonal specials when available).
- Choose your sauce and potatoes; all steaks come with sautéed seasonal vegetables.
- Ask our team for whisky or wine pairings to match your cut.
