We serve only Certified Australian Angus Beef and Chilled Aged (200-250 days) Grain Fed, naturally aged, cut and trimmed on premise, and grilled to perfection with a style popularised by the Argentinians using the amazing Josper Charcoal Oven. All of the steaks here are served only when the steaks are perfectly prepared. One thing to note about the steaks here is that we have minimal to no seasoning or spice on the steaks and the sauce is served separately. The steaks will be served along with 5 types of salt including garden salt, chili salt, garlic salt, sea salt and onion salt and 3 types of mustard which are Dijon, Horseradish, and Medium-hot mustard.
