The Steakhouse is the latest creation of Chef Werner Kuhn, known for el Cerdo and Dining in the Dark. Specializing in imported beef from Australia, a variety of quality cuts are available. Grilled over charcoal Argentinian style – medallion, tenderloin, rib-eye, T-bone and striploin… all are juicy and delicious.
Unlike the usual Foie Gras which has an unpleasant mushy texture and livery taste, the restaurant pan fried them to give their Foie Gras a bit more flavour with crispy fat on the edge. As soon as I took my first bite, I wasn’t even thinking that I was eating duck liver.
